Strategic Leadership Series

Session 1: Creative Problem Structuring
Break down complex business problems into component parts

using MECE issue trees, organize initiatives within clear business

objectives, and identify key results and metrics
 

Session 2 : Strategic Prioritization
Draft a Day 1 hypothesis, consider impact and feasibility of different initiatives, apply the 80/20 rule, and create alignment among project stakeholders as a business initiative progresses


Session 3: Executive Communication

Sanity check results, summarize and synthesize insights for QBRs/MBRs or forward-looking proposals, learn frameworks for top-down communication, and adapt storytelling structures for different audiences

People Leadership Series

Session 1: Mandate & Goals

Draft and align on a team charter, identify sample projects which fall within or outside the team’s mandate, and build a 30-60-90 day plan for each team member

Session 2: Structure & Operating Model

Discuss how to organize a team, divide and delegate work, create a process for initiative intake and evaluation, and decide on a cadence for collaboration with executives
